New Project on Health and Children’s Rights
The Social Research and Development Center (SRDC) is currently preparing for undertaking a new research project on health and children’s rights. The project, commissioned by the Save the Children International, seeks to collect baseline data from adults, children, health officials and workers in Al-Hodeidah’s Al-Hali and Bajel districts.
This project comprises two separate surveys and two focus groups. The first survey targets 100 respondents within the age group 18+, and the other one targets 50 children within the age group 12-17 years. The two focus groups will target health officials and workers in both districts.
The Social Research and Development Center is a non-government, not-for-profit, non-partisan research organization. The center strives to offer sound solutions to development challenges and to contribute to Yemen’s sustainable development. It works towards fulfilling the research needs of international and local organizations, donor community, private sector and government institutions.
