SRDC Measures People’s Satisfaction with the Outputs of the National Dialogue

Preparations are underway by the Social Research and Development Center (SRDC) to implement the second phase of the National Dialogue Survey. The survey is to be fielded in Al-Hodeidah, Sana’a, Aden and Lahj provinces and it targets 500 respondents selected through a random and representative sample.

The survey, commissioned by the Save the Children International and conducted in collaboration with National Dialogue Secretariat, seeks to measure people’s attitudes, perceptions and satisfaction with the outputs of the national dialogue and their view of the country’s political and economic future.

SRDC is working closely with the project team at the Save the Children International to develop the first draft of the survey instrument which is going to be shared with other concerned parties to come up with the final questionnaire.

The Social Research and Development Center is a non-government, not-for-profit, non-partisan research organization. The center strives to offer sound solutions to development challenges and to contribute to Yemen’s sustainable development. It works towards fulfilling the research needs of international and local organizations, donor community, private sector and government institutions.
